Choosing a residential treatment center is often a complex choice. Each person is different, with unique backgrounds, needs, and preferences. Our website helps makes that choice easier and is leading the way in international luxury rehab discovery. To help enable our audience to make even more informed choices, we are producing a documentary video series that highlights top luxury treatment centers around the world. 

 

California Episode

California is probably the most well-known luxury treatment destination. In this episode, we’d like to explore why that is and what people should expect if they go to treatment there. We would like to feature 2-3 rehabs that best represent California treatment.

The goal for this and any episode in this series is to raise the profile of treatment in a geographical destination while providing a unique, 3rd party look into what it’s like.

Ben is passionate about introducing people to great products and experiences that will enrich their lives. Ben has been doing work related to addiction treatment marketing and consulting since 2010 and is now the CEO of RehabPath. While working at Blend Marketing, he often served as Producer on client video shoots and loves working with clients to tell their story on video.

Jeff Andrew | Cinematographer and Editor

Jeff is a Boston-based cinematographer and editor who loves to create stories that excite and engage people. He started his agency career shooting and editing videos for a variety of clients with a focus on high-tech and travel as well as addiction rehab. He has won several awards for his work, including a Gold American Advertising Award, Silver AAF, and Madison MCAI Wave Award for "Best in Show.” He has also worked as a freelance cinematographer and editor, working on many short films, commercials, and virtual reality video projects within a wide range of budgets. He now works primarily for Fuseideas, one of Boston’s first integrated agencies. Below are some select examples of his related work. See more of Jeff's work.  

Distribution and Promotion

This episode will be distributed in (at least) the following 5 ways: 

  1. On-Site: The California page on LuxuryRehab, blog content, as well as a micro-site that contains the entire video series.

  2. Facebook Page and Youtube Channel. Each video of the series is added to our LuxuryRehab FB page, as well as the Youtube channel for the series.

  3. Facebook and Youtube advertising. We will use each platform's advertising capabilities as well as our retargeting and lookalike audiences to immediately reach a relevant audience with each video. Since we will be promoting the videos, we can guarantee that this video will receive at least 10,000 views within the first month of publishing.

  4. PR Outreach. We will reach out to national and international publications and industry organizations and would expect a number of them to be interested in syndicating the content.

  5. On your own digital properties. You will be able to embed the video on your own site and share in any way you'd like.

Cost

Since there is a significant, ongoing benefit to being featured in this video, we do ask that centers help cover some of the costs. The total cost for a center to be featured in the video is $5,000. This helps underwrite the expenses incurred by RehabPath to travel to your center and shoot the footage.

  • We are happy to send any unused footage we shoot to your preferred video editor if you’d like to use it for your own promotional materials. Alternatively, we can recut any footage we get into a promotional video for you at a separate project cost.

Schedule

We will be filming the California episode on October 8-10 and expect to be at each participating center for a half day to a day. While on site we would like to interview a few key staff members about treatment in California and get some key shots of your facility, focusing on what is unique about your location and offerings. This is a documentary style shoot, with very minimal impact or set up time required.
